This policy covers moenly.com, workout.moenly.com, and the apps in the Only series (currently Only Workout, for iOS, watchOS and Android). It's short because there isn't much to say — these apps are built to keep as little data as possible.
Only Workout does not require an account, does not have a server, and does not use any analytics or tracking inside the app. Everything you enter — plans, exercises, workout history — is stored only on your device.
Nothing is transmitted anywhere. There is nothing for us to see, store, or lose.
On Apple Watch, Only Workout uses HealthKit to read your live heart rate during a workout so it can show it on screen, and to keep a workout session active so rest-timer haptics stay reliable while your wrist is down. This data is processed entirely on-device — it is never transmitted to us, stored on a server, or shared with any third party.
On Android, the app requests the "exact alarm" permission solely to fire reliable rest-timer notifications. It is not used to access any other data.
This website may use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect any personally identifiable information. It only reports aggregate numbers, like how many people visited a page.
The one-time Pro purchase inside Only Workout is handled entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play billing. We never see or store your payment details.
